Our delightful and secluded cottages are full of character and include a Grade II Listed Farmhouse, barn conversions and new eco lodge. Located midway between Taunton and Exeter, set in glorious Devon countryside, West Pitt is perfect for exploring North and South Devon and Dartmoor and Exmoor.

The Farmhouse:

4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 9.  Attractive Farmhouse with spacious kitchen and dining room.  Living room with open fire.  Private walled terrace.

Lake View Cottage:

3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, sleeps up to 9.  Delightful 16th Century cottage with lovely farmhouse kitchen and dining room.  Spacious living room with wood burner.  Private walled garden.

The Farmhouse and Lake View Cottage are adjoining with a connecting door and may be combined to accommodate groups of up to 18.  Perfect for family get togethers, celebrations and group bookings.

Willow Tree:

Stable Lodge:

1 bedroom cottage, sleeps 2+2.  Bedroom with either a double or two singles and a sofa bed in the lounge.

The Hayloft:

1 bedroom cottage, perfect for a couple.  This open plan studio with a double bed is perfect for a couple, or where additional accommodation is required for group bookings.

The Carthouse:

5 Bedrooms Sleeps 8-10 + cot. The Carthouse will be available from end of May 2011. Super newly converted barn with stunning views across the Culm Valley. Fully equipped kitchen. Open plan living and dining area with woodburner. South facing terrace with garden furniture.With beds and pocket sprung mattresses from Hypnos Beds and luxury linen and towels, The Carthouse offers exceptional accommodation. For guests looking for a cottage where no pets have stayed, The Carthouse is pet free. Pets are welcome in all our other cottages.
