Walking and surfing, are the most popular pursuits of holiday makers in this most scenic part of the North Devon coast. Most of the walks can be taken directly from our front door including the famous Two-Moors Way and the Valley of The Rocks. For the less energetic however, the car is an equally enjoyable mode of transport and the country lanes and scenic coastal routes are exceptional, as are the many villages and towns of Exmoor all of which offer something special for the visitor.

Dining

Homemade bread is a speciality with our hearty English breakfast. We also offer a broad selection of breakfast alternatives including smoked salmon, Eggs Benedict and a vegetarian option. We cater for all dietary needs. We are licensed and offer an optional evening meal if you fancy a quiet night in, soaking up the relaxing ambience. We do not serve dinner on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Sea View Villa has been recently recognised with the highest award for breakfast and evening meals by the AA for the past 7 YEARS. 

Our choice of popular picnics, Hikers Feast and Ploughman's Hamper, offer sandwiches made from freshly home baked breads and Panini, a selection of cheeses, yoghurts and fresh fruits, accompanied by a choice of wines or hot beverages.

Rooms

All rooms have stunning sea views and are equipped with Tea/coffee facilities, TV/VCR & CD/Alarms.

We also supply a range of Video films to wile away the evenings. Showers are powerful and hot water plentiful. Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and bath sheets are provided in every bedroom to enhance your stay.

Rooms 1&2 (Mid-floor) This suite comprises of a double & single room with interconnecting en-suite with shower. Room 1 is only let when there are 3 guests in the party. The room is decorated in Vanilla & Ginger tones using sumptuous Indian silk fabrics to accessorise.

Room 3 (Mid-Floor) This room is a double and en suite with shower which also enjoys sea views. This room is decorated in shades of Vanilla & Black with Luxurious Fabrics used to add the extra bit of comfort.

Rooms 4 & 5 (Top Floor) these rooms are twin bedded and share a bathroom. These rooms are only both let if the guests booked in are from the same party. They are decorated in warm Berry tones and Vanilla & accessorised with suede soft furnishings.

Activities

During you stay with us, why not indulge in a spot of pampering. We offer both Beauty & Holistic treatments carried out in the comfortable surroundings of this Georgian gem by two very competent consultants. You will leave Sea View Villa feeling totally rejuvenated and relaxed and ready to face whatever lies ahead.

Why not partake in an Exmoor Safari, you can be collected by the ranger who will then show you some wonderful scenery & wildlife. Exmoor is the home of many forms of wildlife, including, perhaps, most famously, England’s greatest concentration of wild Red Deer.

Experience horse riding over Exmoor, along the Lyn Valley or around the coastline with A.B.R.S Approved stables.

Learn to surf with experienced and fully qualified BSA surf instructors. They offer one to one tuition, group coaching as well as catering for corporate activities.

Ever wondered what it would be like to drive off road, well here is your chance. The modified jeeps used for this purpose have full roll cages and 4 point harnesses in with correct tyres for maximum grip so if you have a full licence then we can arrange a drive to remember.
