At seabreeze we enjoy an eclectic mix of clientele. Most of our guests are active people who love the outdoors; walkers, cyclists, surfers, runners, fishermen, kite surfers, kayakers, naturalists, spear fishermen and twitchers! But the one thing that all of our customers share is that they come to Sea Breeze to relax, unwind and have some fun. And that is exactly what they do!

Staying at seabreeze
Drifting off to sleep to the sound of the sea is a truly sublme experience, and you cant sleep much closer to the sea than this. With the ever changing weather and sea state the view is constantly changing. Our window seats are a great place to read or reflect. Sea Breeze is east facing, so sunrise and moonrise are particularly spectacular and create magical moods that are definitely worth getting up, or going to bed for!

We arent the Ritz, but we do have the worlds biggest pool right outside! None of our rooms have mini bars or trouser presses, but they are all furnished to a comfortable standard in a clean and contemporary style. A recent quote from our guest book says... "The worlds only seven star beach hut!".

Prices are £35 per person per night for a sea view room, and £30 for a non sea view room. Due to overwhelming popularity the summer months are often almost fully booked by the end of February. Please call to check availability, and make your reservations early to avoid disappointment.

South Devon's best beach side hang-out, a great place to come and chill, and an even greater place to eat. The seabreeze cafe provides fresh and simple food in a truly superb location. Let the warmth of the morning sun and a smooth latte wake you gently as you tuck in to a hearty breakfast on the sea wall. Crispy bacon sandwiches, Start Bay crab, amazing hot chocolates, snacks that you can take out on to the beach, fantastic fresh coffee, and a cream tea to die for! With seating both inside and outside we offer the ideal spot from which to enjoy the spectacular view whatever the weather. Where else can you enjoy coffee this good so close to the sea???

We only use locally sourced ingredients, and whenever possible we use organic and fairtrade produce. A variety of magazines and newspapers are always available for our customers to read. Just relax - take it breezy....... 

From Easter until October The Sea Breeze cafe is open daily from 10:00 until 18:30. Breakfast is available between 10:00 and 11:30. Cream Teas are available from 14:00 until closing.

Kite Surfing
A cross between surfing and flying, Kitesurfing is the fastest growing watersport in the world today! With proper tuition you can enjoy a super-fast learning curve, that will see you pulling arial moves in no time.

A thrilling activity that doesnt involve the need to get wet! So much fun - prepare to grin uncontrolably and giggle like a small child as you scoot along the beach at high speed! 
  
SoT Kayaking
SoT Kayaks are a wonderful mode of transport; silent, green and easy to use! There is definitely no better way to explore the dramatic and beautiful coastline of the South Hams. 
  
Wave Ski
A combination of kayaking and surfing wave skiing takes about an hour to pick up. Much easier than surfing you will find yourself catching far more waves than the surfers!

Adrenalin Adventure Trail
Our most popular offering; An action packed day of adrenalin pumping thrills, spills and adventure. A fantastic team building exercise, and enormous fun!

The AAT is an exciting and competetive event that involves skill, strategy, fitness and mental alacrity. Teams of 2-4 race against each other to find hidden clues and solve complex problems, both physical and mental. The exact specification of the event can be tailored to suit the requirements and budget of your group, but usually involves elements of zapcatting, scrambling, trail running, coasteering, kayaking, orienteering, rock jumping,and much more! There will be plenty of surprises throughout the day, finishing up with a beach barbeque in the early evening.

Our experienced team will liaise with you at all stages in the creation of your event to ensure that you get the most from your experience at seabreeze. Typical cost ranges between £100 - £200 per person.

Coastal Pub Treasure Trail
Our second most popular offering, and great for less active groups or those on a tight budget; A fantastic team building exercise, and enormous fun!

Teams of 2 - 4 negotiate a beautiful trail that starts and ends at seabreeze, taking in some wonderful scenery and passing through 4 delightful villages & 7 characterful pubs. Each team is responsible for navigating their own route and along the way solving a plethora of cryptic and entertaining problems, that testing observational and lateral thinkings skills of all involved. Throughout the day teams will meet a number of planted actors from whom information must be extracted. Although less extreme than the Adrenalin Adventure Trail, the Coastal Pub Trail is more celebral and every bit as competetive! This activity requires a high level of stratergy, and only by pulling together and thinking creatively will any team prevail.

Typical cost is between £30 - £50 per person.
