The high notes and musical delights of ‘The Cecile Consort’ will drift across the valley. Northcote Manor is the perfect back drop for a night of melodious extravagance beginning with Pimm’s & Scones served on the front lawns. The performance will follow and will include:

Elgar’s ‘Land of Hope & Glory’
Arne’s ‘Rule Britannia’

After the performance there will be a supper served in the intimate candle lit restaurant culminating in a short firework display and then back into the hotel’s lounges for coffee & homemade petit fours. Tickets available now £50 pp to include Pimm's & Scones on arrival, the performance, dinner at 8pm, fireworks and coffee with homemade petit fours.
Sunday 29th August
Annual Jazz on the Lawn Picnic from 2pm with Deja Blue. Back by adamant and incessant demand is our annual Jazz Day. The Manor’s house and grounds will be open rain or shine for an afternoon of Jazz and picnics. We will have our delicious cream teas on offer and jugs of Pimm’s but you supply the rest and relax on the lawns to the sound of music. Tickets £10 pp family ticket £25

From the moment you arrive at Northcote Manor, you experience the atmosphere of a cherished wisteria clad 18th century manor house. A studded oak door opens into a spacious hall, from here you can move through into the elegant drawing room or to the bay window of our Oak Room to enjoy the peaceful views across the sweeping lawns and woodlands.
Enjoy a traditional Devonshire Cream tea in front of crackling log fires or under the shade of a tree on our patio overlooking our Japanese water garden. Our twenty acres provide a gentle stroll through our apple orchards and walled garden before dinner. For those feeling more energetic our tennis court and croquet lawn are also available offering fantastic views over the Taw Valley.
Each of our eleven bedrooms have recently been redesigned by Pamela Viner to allow a wonderful elegance and comfort in which to rest. All our rooms are individually decorated to the highest standards to ensure a truly luxurious country house atmosphere. The bathrooms are tastefully fresh, there are good size baths and delightfully comfortable bathrobes tucked behind each door, Homemade Shortbread biscuits and delicious red apples ~ All just several small touches to help spoil you during your visit to Northcote Manor.
