The Cottages
The Littlecourt is a delightful complex of five luxury holiday cottages forming part of a historic Regency house built in 1802 for the Duke and Duchess of St. Albans. It is situated a few minutes walk from the sea front and town centre. The cottages have been tastefully refurbished to reflect the period of the building and are set within meticulously maintained tranquil gardens, which have won numerous awards and have also appeared on BBC television.

The centrally heated cottages, which range in size from one to three bedrooms, are exceptionally spacious, furnished and decorated to a high standard. Each cottage has a comfortable living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge, electric oven, hob and microwave. They all have a Freeview digital TV, Video, DVD player, Music Centre and Wi-Fi internet access.

Most bedrooms are en-suite and duvets, bed linen and towels are supplied at no extra charge. Cots and high chairs are available if required. Guests have the use of our fully equipped laundry room. There is one reserved car parking space for each cottage. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the cottages and we regret that no pets are allowed.

We will be happy to order any provisions in advance of your arrival. There are laundry facilities available, we also have cots and high chairs if needed. We welcome children but regret no pets allowed.

The Gardens
We have won first prize in the Britain In Bloom competion every year since 2000. The garden is also part of the NGS (National Garden Scheme). The garden is set out into different rooms and packed with rare and unusual plants, a plant persons paradise. It has also featured on the BBC 'Open Gardens'.

For those of you wishing to pamper yourselves try our very popular Unisex Hair Salon which is situated within the complex. We have one Car Parking space for each cottage.. Open all year, Sidmouth's mild climate makes the Littlecourt an ideal choice both for Summer holidays and for Winter and Autumn breaks.
