The hotel’s 8 original bedrooms and 2 luxurious suites have all been updated in a traditional Devon country house style, with many boasting four poster beds, and beautifully co-ordinated décor throughout.

6 new bedrooms have also been added, all furnished in a strikingly modern style, and with stunning views across the valley and the Devon countryside beyond.

Dining at Buckland is an experience to savour, showcasing the South Hams’ finest seasonal produce. Meat, fish, fruits and vegetables are delivered daily from farm and fishing boat straight to our kitchens to inspire exciting daily menus in tune with nature’s rhythms.

The refined Russian pine-panelled Queen Anne Restaurant is widely acknowledged as one of the finest in the area or for guests wishing to dine privately, the elegant Blue Room is the perfect venue for up to 12 guests, while the Kestrel Suite is a superb setting for larger events.
